Mark next Thursday, December 14th, on your calendar for an exquisite food event. 3800 Ocean on Singer Island will be hosting a wine dinner featuring Castello Banfi wine and Luciano Castiello, its Italian ambassador.
A 4-course wine dinner will be presented by Chef Gustavo Calderon. The menu for the evening includes sea scallop crudo with La Pettegola Vermentino for an appetizer, halibut with Fontanelle Chardonnay as the first course, rack of lamb with Aska Rosso for the main course, and dark chocolate panna cotta with Rose Ragale for the finale.
