Sometimes all the work involved in traditional holiday customs can become overbearing tasks. This year, families looking for a holiday redemption can go to the Palm Beach Marriott on Singer Island for a Thanksgiving feast at the resort's restaurant, 3800 Ocean. Featuring new twists on traditional dishes, executive chef, Gustavo Calderon, will be preparing delicious cuisine for the Thanksgiving Grand Brunch Buffet. Ditch your kitchen for a sunny spot on a private beach and enjoy endless Thanksgiving fare.
On Thursday, November 23rd, local residents and resort guests alike can enjoy a special Thanksgiving menu with everything your palate desires. Take some time to sleep in and then head over to feast and enjoy a day with your family and friends at this beautiful resort! From noon-8 p.m., the brunch features a raw bar station, crudo and sashimi station, soups, salads, appetizers, international and domestic cheeses, small plates, large plates, a hot buffet, and dessert! Dish examples include Slow-Braised Short Ribs, Lamb Loin, Seared Scallops, Peppercorn Crusted Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Maple Bourbon-Glazed Country Ham, and more. There's a "grand" selection of tapas food with everything from Octopus Casua and Prosciutto Di Parma to Smoked Bacon and Charred Sweet Potatoes. You can view the full list here.
With a menu this good, a beach-front location, and hassle-free experience, this may just become your new Thanksgiving tradition. The Thanksgiving Grand Brunch Buffet costs $85 per person and $18 for kids 12 and under.
