Spend your Christmas holiday at the lovely Palm Beach Marriott Resort & Spa on Singer Island. Enjoy a day in paradise with incredible food from the resort's beautiful restaurant, 3800 Ocean. The stylish oceanfront restaurant will be serving a variety of food prepared by their internationally famous chef, Gustavo Calderon. The menu for the day follows:

Raw Bar & Ceviche Bar

Shrimp with Horseradish Cocktail, Snow Crab Claws • Seasonal Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Salmon Tartar, Caper, Aji Amarillo Aioli • Florida Seafood Ceviche, Pasilla Pepper Oil Tuna Ceviche, Charred Habanero-Ponzu Sauce

Cheese & Charcuterie Station

Imported and Domestic Selection of Cheeses, Caramelized Walnuts, Dried Fruits, Pate De Fruits Rustic Bread and Artisanal Jams, Coppa, Sopresatta, Spanish Ham, Chorizo, Smoked Duck Marinated Olives, Assorted Mustards, Cornichons, Mostarda, Candied Nuts and Balsamic Pearl Onions
